Shipping options and any applicable costs are always shown at checkout before you pay. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order ships.

Lost or damaged orders

If your order arrives damaged or goes missing in transit, email Support@MooseTreats.com with your order number and we’ll make it right.

Returns & the Moose Promise

Because Moose Wraps are an edible product, we never ask for physical returns. Instead, every order is covered by our 90-day money-back guarantee: if your dog doesn’t love Moose, email us within 90 days of delivery and we’ll refund your full purchase — open package and all.
