Every Moose Treats order is covered by a 90-day money-back guarantee. If your dog doesn’t love Moose Pill Wraps, contact us within 90 days of the delivery date and we will refund your full purchase price.

  • No returns required. Moose Wraps are an edible product; we will never ask you to ship anything back. Open and partially used packages are fully covered.
  • What’s refunded: the full purchase price of your order, including multi-packs. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
  • Timing: we process refund requests within one business day; refunds typically appear on your statement within 3–5 business days after processing.
  • Exchanges: prefer to try a different flavor? Tell us in your email and we’ll send a replacement instead.
  • How to request: email Support@MooseTreats.com with your order number. No forms and no explanation required.

Damaged or missing orders: contact us at Support@MooseTreats.com and we’ll replace the order or refund you in full.
