We ship across the United States.

  • Free Standard Shipping — FREE on every U.S. order (no minimum). Ships next business day.
  • Express — $15.00 optional upgrade. An estimated delivery window is shown at checkout (typically the next few days).

Free standard shipping is applied automatically at checkout. Choose Express at checkout if you want faster delivery. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order ships.

Lost or damaged orders

If your order arrives damaged or goes missing in transit, email Support@MooseTreats.com with your order number and we’ll make it right.

Returns & the Moose Promise

Because Moose Wraps are an edible product, we never ask for physical returns. Instead, every order is covered by our 30-day money-back guarantee: if your dog doesn’t love Moose, email us within 30 days of delivery and we’ll refund your full purchase — open package and all.
